General FAQ:
Question:
Can I pick up my order?

Answers:
Yes!  If you would like to pick up your order please contact us prior to placing your order to
    avoid being charged shipping charges.

Question:
How long before my order is shipped?

Answer:
In order to provide you with the freshest products possible we do not overstock our products.
This sometimes means that we might run low on inventory.  We will try to ship your order within
48-72 hours but sometimes it may take up to 7 days.  If you are in need of a rush delivery, please
    contact us at: info@thextrascoop.com

It is our #1 priority to get orders out as soon as possible.  We feel that the faster we get you order
to you (our customers) the faster the animals will be able to benefit.  If we are running low on
stock, you order may be shipped directly from the manufacturer in order to expedite your
    delivery.

Question:

Answer:
Iowa residents are subject to a 6% sales tax plus a 1% local option tax charge.

Answer:
If you do not wish to pay using PayPal we do have other options available.  When you check out
